Roza’s Gourmet lovingly creates an extensive range of gourmet sauces, dips, soups, bone broth and crackers. Our range of over 50 all natural and gluten free gourmet products are available in premium boutique retailers Australia-wide.

What began in 1991 as a simple way for the then-housewife Roza to indulge her passion for cooking quickly became a burgeoning business, as an increasing customer base took pride in purchasing Roza’s Gourmet sauces from the end of her driveway.

Over 28 years later, Roza’s philosophy that “the right sauce can turn any meal into a feast” has grown into small business success story, a testament to her fresh, natural approach to food.

Pesto

Enjoy our range of sauces made on our traditional basil pesto base. All of our Pestos need to be stored in the fridge at all times as they are completely natural and fresh products.


Mayonnaise

Here you can view our full range of mayonnaise based sauces. Our mayonnaise is made with bush honey to sweeten instead of sugar and we exclusively use free-range eggs! Our mayonnaise must be stored in the fridge at all times.



Mustard

Sweetened solely with bush honey! All can be thinned with water to use as dressings, or thickened to use as dips or spreads – and of course straight from the jar! All our mustard products are egg, oil, and dairy free. Mustard products are fine out of the fridge before opening.


Chilli Sauces

If you like it hot, these are the sauces for you! Enjoy our range of “mild” to “excruciatingly spicy” sauces. These products do require refrigeration even before opening.




Chutney Sauces

A few speciality products we make for all the chutney lovers out there. These products are all made with sugar rather than honey, and therefore are all vegan. They are also egg, oil, and dairy free. All of these items are shelf stable and are often purchased as gifts as they do not need to be refrigerated until after opening.

Dips

Our large range of gluten free dips include everything from the creamy to the spicy. Using our unique blend of flavours we cater for a range of dietary requirements without compromising on flavour.

Sauces

Our range is 100% natural and gluten free, with many options including dairy free and vegan. Featuring varieties of mayonnaise, mustard, pesto, chutney and chilli sauce, Roza’s Gourmet is made with love using only the freshest ingredients and free from artificial preservatives.

Bone Broth

Slow cooked for 12 hours, our all natural, Bone Broths are low in calories and are a source of protein with no added salt. Bone Broth is an ancient recipe with a source of protein, low calories and collagen/gelatin. It is a deeply nourishing everyday addition to your diet! Simply heat and drink, or use as a base for soups and stews.

Soup

Our new range of gourmet soups are made with love, using only the finest natural ingredients. You’ll find classic favourites, re-imagined with a very gourmet twist. Like all products in our range, our soups are gluten free, with dairy free and vegan options also available. Simply heat, eat and enjoy!
